Our menu is supported and supplied by local businesses and fresh when available. We prepare all of our dishes fresh and from scratch right in front of you. Our coffees are roasted and blended locally for us specifically and we grind and brew them fresh daily in our diner. We are so dedicated to using farm fresh ingredients when available, that we do not even have a freezer in our diner.
Our family has been butchers since 1925, and we fresh ground our burgers in house all day long. We use a Black Angus Beef Combination Of Chuck, Brisket & Steak. Our sausage, which is also ground in house daily, is a recipe that our family has used since 1925. Our bacon is a pork belly that we brine with our own recipe, prepare, and smoke in our own smokehouse.
